🔁 Transferring Stock to Another Store (Controller Stores)

Confirm your store is controller-connected

Before transferring, ensure:

• Your store syncs with a controller

• The destination store is also linked to the same controller

• You know the store ID for the store you're transferring to

Add the receiving store to Other Codes

In the sending store:

1. Go to Setup > Other Codes

2. Click Add

3. Select OTHERSTORE from the dropdown

4. Enter the store ID and store name

5. Click OK

Repeat this step for each store you plan to transfer to.

Create a stock out batch

1. Go to Inventory > Stock Adjustments

2. Click Add and create a Stock Out batch

3. Select an Adjustment Type that has Transfer to other store enabled

4. Add the items you want to transfer

5. Click Update

Choose the destination store

In the update window, a dropdown will appear with a list of configured stores.

• Select the store you're transferring to

• Click Update again to finalise the batch

What the receiving store sees

Once the host sync program runs (typically every few minutes), the destination store will automatically receive a Stock In batch labeled:

Transfer from [STORE NAME]

The receiving store can then open and update that batch to finalise it on their end.
