Whether you’re adding your own items or printing labels for hosted items, you may need to display Country of Origin information on your product labels to stay compliant with regulations.
To add this information, simply open the item and go to the Price Info tab.
Next, select the COOL Labelling option (located in the middle of the screen), then click Edit Country of Origin Label.
From here, simply turn on any options you’d like to display — a preview will show you how the label will appear.
When entering text, you can choose from several preset options.
If a preset contains a question mark (??), you’ll need to replace it with a number (for example, change ?? to 50).
If you want to remove the Country of Origin label from an item, simply select Clear Label.
If you’d like to apply the label to every item in the same Department (for example, to display it on all Fruit & Veg items), select Copy this to all items in this Department.

When you’re finished, click Save to apply your changes.
And that’s it — your Country of Origin label is now ready to print and display. 🦘
