🧾 Send Prices to Scales

The Send Prices to Scales program is used to transmit updated item pricing from your back office to your deli scales. It’s simple to use when properly set up, but the setup process may vary depending on the type of scale.

🔔 Note:
If your store uses Future Net's Windows based deli scales, you do not need to use this program.

Supported Scale Types

Depending on the brand of scales your store uses, setup may need to be completed by a specific provider.

How to Use the Program

  1. Open Convenience

  2. Go to the Inventory tab

  3. Select Send Prices to Scales

Sending Options

  • Send Full Load of All Scale Items
    Sends every active item marked as a deli item.

  • Send Single Scale PLU
    Enter the PLU to send one specific item.

  • Click Send to begin the transfer.

🚫 Unlike sending prices to tills, the queue of scale items waiting to be sent cannot be viewed.


Troubleshooting by Scale Type

1.  Wedderburn

Common Issue: Communication error.

  • If setup hasn’t been completed on a new PC, sending will fail.

  • If setup is complete but the scale doesn’t receive the change:

    • Wait 5–10 minutes, then retry.

    • Check the item’s setup (contact us if unsure).

    • Still failing? Contact Wedderburn.

 

2. Atria (by Wedderburn)

Common Issue: Atria box not connected or misconfigured.

  • New PC? Contact Wedderburn for software setup.

  • Use Atria Settings to check setup:

    • If fields are blank, setup is missing.

  • Check for error logs and PLU configuration.

  • Blue bar stuck on "Connecting to Atria"?

    • Check Atria box power and network cable.

3. Dibal

Common Issue: RGI program not running.

  • Check if RGI is running in the system tray.

  • Not running?

    • Click Start, search RGI, and run it.

  • After launching, wait ~5 minutes and test.

  • Still not working?

    • Try sending a full load.

    • Ensure the scale is powered on and networked.

    • Restart the scale, then resend.

Still no luck? Please submit a ticket in our support portal.

 

4. Bizerba

Bizerba scales are less common, but still supported.

  • Restart the scale and check network connection.

  • Ensure the item setup is correct.

  • If sending fails completely, please submit a ticket in our support portal.
