🏷️Printing Special Shelf Talkers
Use the Special Shelf Talkers tool to quickly replace damaged or missing promotional tickets without reprinting an entire batch.
Open the Special Shelf Talkers tool
In Convenience, go to the Printing tab and select Special Shelf Talkers.
This will open an empty label batch ready for items to be added.
Add items to the batch
Click Add at the top of the window.

If you know the item number, enter it into the Number field

If not, double-click the field to search and select the item
Once selected, fields will auto-populate. Update the Label Quantity to reflect how many shelf talkers you need, then click Add to include the item in the batch.
Repeat for each item you want to print.
Choose your label type
Select the Label Type at the bottom of the screen.
If the label sheet contains more than one label per page (e.g. not A4/1UP), an additional option will appear allowing you to choose the starting label position. This is helpful when printing on partially used sheets.
Print or save the batch
Click View and Print to preview and print your selected shelf talkers.
If you're not ready to print:

Click Exit

When prompted to Clear all records, select No to save the batch and return to it later

Select Yes to discard the batch
