Special Shelf Talkers allows you to reprint individual damaged promotion labels without reprinting the entire batch. Use this tool to quickly replace damaged or missing shelf talkers.
Using Special Shelf Talkers
Open Special Shelf Talkers
- Navigate to the Printing tab in Convenience.
- Select Special Shelf Talkers.
The window opens with an empty print batch.
Add Items to Print
- Click Add at the top.
Enter Item Details
If you know the item number:
- Enter the item number in the Number field.
- All fields will populate automatically.
If you don't know the item number:
- Double-click the Number field to search for items.
- Select your item from the search results.
- All fields will populate automatically.
💡 Tip: Change the Label Quantity field to the number of labels you want to print for this item.
Add the Item
Click Add to add the item to your batch.
Repeat these steps for every item you want to print.
Select Label Type
Choose your label type from the options at the bottom.
Start Position Option:
For multi-label pages (all types except A4/1UP), you can choose which label position to start printing at. This is useful for reusing partially used label sheets.
Print or Save Your Batch
Print Labels
Click View and Print to print your labels immediately.
Save Batch for Later
- Click Exit to close the program.
- When prompted "Clear all records?", select:
- NO to save the batch and return to it later
- YES to discard the batch
