🖨️Printing FoodWorks Truly Local Labels

Truly Local tickets display both member and non-member pricing, using a new label format and printing software. Here's how to print them correctly.

Checking the promotion exists

Make sure the Truly Local promotion is active that you want to print tickets for

Open Convenience, go to the Inventory tab and click Promotions

PROMOTIONS

Look through the list of promotions and find the one marked with a ✅ Green Tick — this indicates the active Truly Local promotion.

Now that you’ve confirmed the promotion exists, you can print the tickets.

Open Convenience, go to the Printing tab and click Print Shelf Labels.

Print Shelf Labels

In the Label Format menu, you'll see new formats designed for Member pricing.

Select the format that matches the label size you want to print:

  • 9up = 9 labels on the page
  • 3up = 3 labels on the page
  • 2up = 2 labels on the page (Half A4)
  • 1up = 1 label on the page (A4 Page)

MEMBERS

Then, under Run Type, select Promotional Batch. From the dropdown below you can select the Promotion Batch you identified earlier (e.g. GS22). This tells the system which Truly Local promotion to print tickets for.

Here's how that will look:

Select Preview to generate the labels.

Finally, click View and Print to preview the labels. Once you’ve confirmed everything looks correct, use the printer icon at the top of the screen to print your Truly Local tickets.
