🔍 Order Final Checks: Last Chance

Before sending your order, use the Last Chance tool to catch any good deals that are about to end — so you don’t miss out on stock while it’s still discounted.

This view shows:

• Items currently on a Buy Promo

• Which promos are ending soon

• What you’re already ordering — with the chance to top it up

How to use it

How to use Last Chance

1. Open your order (automatic or manual)

2. Click Last Chance

3. Use filters to narrow down (e.g. department or supplier)

4. Check promo end dates, current stock, and average sales

5. Manually adjust the order quantity (in cartons or units)

6. Click OK to return to the order — the updated quantities will carry through

Use this when

• A promo ends in a few days

• You want to top up before pricing increases

• You missed boosting the item earlier (with Investment Buying or Auto Cover)

What about items going on promotion?

Use the Wait On tool to avoid over-ordering items that are about to go on promo.
