Metcash offer files contain promotional offers and deals. Download and process these files separately from your regular Metcash host files.
Before You Start
This process is only for Metcash hosted stores. Offer files don't download with regular host files.
Downloading Offer Hosts
Navigate to the Host tab in Convenience and select Retrieve host offers
- Click Retrieve Host (the only option is pre-selected)
- Wait for the download to complete
- Close the window
Processing Offer Hosts
Navigate to the Host tab in Convenience and select Process Host Offers
- Click Process (default options are already configured correctly)
- Wait for processing to complete
ℹ️ Note: You don't need to change any options when processing offer files. The default settings are correct for offer imports.
Troubleshooting
No offer file downloads: Contact Metcash to confirm if an offer file has been released for your store.
Processing fails: Close the window and try again. If the issue persists, contact Future Net support at help.futurenet.com.au/support.
Offers not appearing on tills: You may need to initiate/terminate promotions to update promotional pricing.
