🔔 Your License Is Expiring — What You Need to Know
If you’re seeing a message that your license is about to expire, don’t worry — this is a friendly reminder from the system so you have time to act. There’s a 30-day window before anything is locked, so you’ll never be caught off guard.
Why Am I Seeing This Message?
The system sends license expiry reminders in the final 30 days of your license period. This means your annual subscription is approaching renewal, and you should have received an invoice already.
How to Update Your License
If you've already paid your invoice, your license will automatically refresh overnight. But if you want to update it right away, here are two ways to do it:

Close and re-open Convenience

Or, in Convenience, go to:
Tools tab → Update license
Then close and re-open the application.

Sometimes invoice emails can get caught by filters.
Check your internet connection
The license can’t update without a working network connection.
