If you’ve been provided a voucher that was created in Convenience already (with text, expiry dates, or barcodes), you can import them into your system instead of creating it from scratch.
Importing the voucher
Ensure you have downloaded the voucher file and save it somewhere on your PC (Desktop\Downloads etc.).
When downloading the file, double check it is a .xml file!
In Convenience, go to the Registers tab and open POS Vouchers.
Click Import Vouchers
Find where you saved your Voucher file and click Open.
The voucher will be imported. Ensure it is ticked and then click Sync Vouchers. This will send it to the register!
