Download SPAR host files to receive inventory updates including new items, price changes, and product modifications.
Downloading SPAR Host Files
Navigate to the Host tab in Convenience and select Retrieve Host File
- Select Retrieve Host File from the dropdown menu
- Click Go
- Watch the dialogue box for download confirmation
ℹ️ Note: If you see "Unable to delete file on remote server: Access is denied" after "Transfer complete," the download succeeded. This message is normal and can be ignored.
Troubleshooting
Download fails: Note the error message and contact Future Net support at help.futurenet.com.au/support.
Connection error: Verify your internet connection. Contact Future Net support at help.futurenet.com.au/support.
