If you're a SPAR store that sources liquor through ALM, this is how you download your ALM host files. ALM (Australian Liquor Marketers) host files contain liquor inventory updates including new items, price changes, and product modifications.
Downloading ALM Host Files
Navigate to the Host tab in Convenience and select Retrieve ALM host
- In the HOST section, ensure ALMV7 Host is selected from the dropdown
- Click List All Documents
- Click Download All
The white box in the top right corner displays download status. If incomplete (e.g., "Downloaded 1 of 2"), use Download Wanted to retrieve the remaining file.
If No Files Are Listed
- Check the List Retrieved Files checkbox
- Enter a date range
- Enter password: sure
- Click List All Documents
- Click Download All
If no files appear, contact ALM to request re-hosting.
Troubleshooting

No files listed: Check your date range or contact ALM to request re-hosting.
Connection error: Verify your internet connection. Contact Future Net support if the issue persists.
