➕ Creating a Stock Adjustment Batch (Uploading Items from Your Legacy PDE)

If you’re using a legacy PDE to scan items, you can upload the scanned data into Convenience and apply it to a new or existing stock adjustment batch.

Scan items on your PDE

Use the Legacy PDE to scan all items that need to be adjusted. Make sure you've chosen the correct mode on the device for stock adjustments.

Upload the scan to Convenience

Once scanning is complete:

  1. Dock the PDE into its cradle

  2. Open Stock Adjustments in Convenience

  3. Choose Add to create a new batch or open an existing one

  4. Use the Load from Order option to import the items scanned on the PDE

This is useful if the order was created on the PDE as part of a stocktake or delivery process.

Select your adjustment type

After the items are loaded into the batch, select the appropriate Adjustment Type for each line (e.g. Received from supplier, Write-off, etc.).

Finalise the batch

  1. Click Update to review

  2. Confirm the Post to Date

  3. Click Update again to apply the changes
