➕ Creating a Stock Adjustment Batch (Using Your Convenience PDE)

If you’re using a Convenience PDE to scan items during a stock adjustment, you can start your batch directly from the device and finalise it later in Convenience.

Start the batch on your PDE

  1. On your WebPDE, tap More

  2. Select Stock Adjustments

  3. Choose either:

    • Add IN for adding stock

    • Add OUT for removing stock

You can also select an existing batch by tapping Batch No.

Scan items into the batch

  • Scan each product you want to adjust

  • In the top-right corner, choose the appropriate Adjustment Type

  • Repeat for all items being adjusted

Finalise the batch in Convenience

Once you're done scanning:

  1. Close the batch on your WebPDE

  2. Open Stock Adjustments on your back-office PC

  3. Select the batch you created and click Update

  4. Confirm the Post to Date, then click Update again to apply the changes
