Basket Level Reports generate reports for offer promotions and price changes made at the registers, including sales, item markdowns, price overrides, and error corrections. Use this report to analyse register activity by date range and optionally filter by specific cashiers.
Generating a Report
Open the Basket Level Reports
- Navigate to the Printing tab in Convenience.
- Select Basket Level Reports.
Set Your Date Range and Filters
- Select the date or date range for the report.
- Optionally, select a specific Cashier to filter transactions.
You can now generate either Promo/Offer Reports or Item Reports.
Promo/Offer Reports
Promo/Offer Reports provide two report types, each with two display options:
- Select your desired report type from the Promo/Offer Reports section.
- Choose between Item Level (detailed breakdown) or Summary Level (aggregated data).
Item Reports
Item Reports offer three report types with a common filter:
- Select your desired report from the Item Reports section:
- Item Department Sales - Sales grouped by department
- Item Sales - Individual item sales data
- Item Mods - Items with modifications (Markdowns, Price Overrides etc.)
- The filter you set will apply to all item reports you run.
Save or Print Your Report
- After generating the report, click the Convenience Icon in the top left corner.
- Select either Save or Print from the menu.
